- If there are less than 5 registrants, the course will be canceled.
- Do not bring food during class
- Drinks are allowed
- A change of class may only be available on the 1st week of classes commencing after confirming with administrator
- Please bring the ebook or textbook to class (The textbook is not sent by parcel(shipping))
- A full refund is given if applicants notify us in writing at least 5 working days before the start of the course.

Important Notice for each course
❁ Requirements for completion of each course level of King Sejong Institute Riyadh
To complete the current class and move up to the next level, participants must meet at least 70% of attendance and 60 points of the end-of-semester achievement evaluation at the same time.
* Details:
1) Attendance rate: 70% or more out of a total of 60 hours, at least 42 hours of attendance is required
2) Grades: 4 skill tests for reading/listening/writing/speaking, with an average score of 60 or higher for each.
3) Performance achievement evaluation: Conducted in the last class of each class.
Refund Policy
1. 100% tuition fee refund if registration is canceled 1 week before the course starts
2. 50% tuition refund if registration is canceled before the course begins
3. Tuition fees cannot be refunded after the course begins.
